SPECIFICATIONS OF ROUND BARS

ROUND BARS (PEELED /TURNED)

Condition: Peeled, Centreless Ground, Polished & Buffed Peeled & Polished Forged, Rough Turned
Size: 10mm to 85mm (3/8 ” to 3--1/2 ”) 85mm to 140mm (3-1/2 ” to 5--1/2 ”) 150mm to 400mm (6 ” to 16 ”)
Tolerance: H7, H8, H9, H10, H11, K12, K13, ASTM-A484 H9, H10, H11, K12, K13, ASTM-A484 As per clients requirement
Lengths: 3-6 meter (12-20feet) 3-6 meter (12-20feet) 2-4 meter 6-12 feet
Straightness: Minimum 0.5 mm per meter Minimum 0.5 mm per meter  
Ends of Bars: Plain, smooth without burrs or sharp edges, chamfered on request to 30, 45 and 60 degrees Plain, smooth and sharp edges Plain, smooth and sharp edges
Surface Finish: Ra Value upto 0.2 um (or as per clients requirement.)    
Packaging : Packed in HDPE Bundles of 500 kgs, 1000 kgs or Custom Specified
